Dieser Beitrag skizziert Perspektiven einer psychosozialen Diagnostik, die auch die biologische Ebene einbezieht bzw. sich für diese anschlussfähig macht. Zunächst werden Konkretisierungen des biopsychosozialen Modells auf Basis der Bedürfnistheorie, des „Interactive Biobehavioral Model“, des „psychobiologischen Krankheitskontinuums“, des „Biobehavioralen Familienmodells“ und des Modells des „Lebensführungssystems“ vorgestellt. Die spezifischen Aufgabenstellungen biopsychosozialer diagnostischer Abklärung werden im Anschluss an Pauls und Reicherts (2013) als Aufgabenanalyse, Zielbestimmung und Prognose, auch zur Abgrenzung und Einleitung notwendiger Maßnahmen anderer Fachdisziplinen (wie Medizin, Recht, Pflege) definiert. Einzelne Schritte des Ablaufes sind Aufgabenanalyse, Dekomposition und Priorisierung von bio-psycho-sozialen Teilproblemen sowie Zuweisung, Orientierung und Risikoabklärung.

Abstract: Biopsychosocial perspectives on assessment in counselling

This article discusses the possibilities of an inclusion of biological / physical dimensions into the process of psychosocial diagnosis (assessment). Initially some approaches of modeling biopsychosocial interactions are presented: the theory of needs, the „Interactive Biobehavioral Model, the Mind-Body Continuum of Disease, the Biobehavioral Family Model and the System of Life Conduct Model („Lebensführungssystem“). Specific tasks for a biopsychosocial assessment process are outlined as: task analysis, definition of goals and prognosis, respecting the collaboration with other disciplines (such as medical, legal, nursing). Steps and sequence of this process are (beside task analysis): decomposition and prioritization of separate bio-psycho-social problems / tasks and allocation, alignment and risk assessment.
